Do you like to exercise outdoors? Walking? Running? Bicycling? Swimming? In the winter do you like to ski or snowboard? Ice skate? There are lots of outdoor activities to help you keep fit and energized. Physical activity, on a regular basis, is very beneficial to your health.
What’s not so good is exercising in an environment that is not clean. If there are toxins or chemicals in the air you are breathing, you can be hurting your body when you are really trying to do something healthy.
In addition to a clean environment, feeding your body a nutrition packed diet that helps you work out stronger and recover better is important.
